FBL would this be considered an erecta novelty?

Well it's been in the garden now for approximately 10 years. A very strong, rigid upright grower. Height reaches 4ft and spread aprox. 3 ft. Blooms profusely all summer. - Kath:)

It's a Humming-bird Hawk-moth (kolibrievlinder op z'n Hollands)
I was glad I had my camera nearby 'cause it was gone right after I took the picture...
