Does anyone know where to find Barbara, BlandÂs New Striped, Caspar Hauser, and President Margaret Slater in the US?

I received both of NijhuisÂs "Colour Guides" as Christmas gifts, and I immediately started salivating over the pictures of these cultivars. Unfortunately, theyÂre not available at Earthworks or MonnierÂs Country Gardens, and since AntonelliÂs doesnÂt list fuchsias on its web site, I donÂt know if they have them either....

When does that Antonelli fuchsia catalog come out anyway?
