Uprights aren't flowering?

These one and two-year old plants (NOIDs from Lowes) were pruned back in January. They've grown fabulously (we've had all that weird rain) with lots of nice foliage, but no flowers yet. Is this normal? Should I have seen flowers by now? I'm in coastal California and all these bloomed profusely last summer and fall.

I have a picture of one of them in the gallery from last July. That particular one is over 3 feet tall now.

Hi Gina

You need to give your plants a little more time, if you haven't pruned your plants since January you should be getting some blooms pretty soon. It takes a little time for the flower buds to develop after the last stop ( 8-9 weeks for singles etc) and as your plants had also to develop the foliage this can be extended somewhat.

Patience is a virtue......... and it will be worth it in th end.

Well, I spoke two weeks too soon! I have big fat buds growing at this moment. I'll post pictures when I get blooms.
