My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I personally have never eaten Fuchsia berries so can't help there. when the berries are ripe you will find some varieties have lots of seed, others will have a few and some will have none. Seed planted from hybrid Fuchsias will not come true but are plantable. You may come up with a winner but most will be no better than what is already available. Those that are in the business of creating new Fuchsias are looking for something totally different, more disease resistant, more heat resistant or hardier amongst other things.
