Yes it is possible, but they do not come true from seed, you will get variations of the parent plant. See link below how to do this - Kath:)

thank you for your answer. I have already looked into your pages - seems very useful for me, because I am beginer at planting of fuchsias. Can I ask you for help if needed ?(This year I try to keep fuchsias alive during the winter for the first time - you certainly know that the weather here is not so convenient for fuchsias as it is at your country...)
