There are an awful lot of Fuchsias but this one looks like one of the magellanicas. Yours resembles Mrs W P Wood but there are several white/pale pink ones.

BTW I'm interested in your zone. How did you find out what you were in? I thought most of the UK was 8/9 ish, although the zones don't mean much in our climate.

Looks like what is sold here as Fuchsia magellanica var. molinae or more often just 'Molinae', common name Maiden's Blush. A big robust plant, one of the hardiest of the hardy fuchsias. The one in my old garden was easily 8' tall
