Those are all great plants! I think that the lunaria can be in a small amount of shade(your part sun location) but the rest will love a sunny location.
Do you mean that you want to direct plant them now? They are all great reseeders so should be okay if you are at the point where you won't be getting any more warm spells that could start them germinating. You could also wintersow them.
Are there other seeds that you would like to grow? If so then why not come over to the Canadian exchange forum. Right now we have a 'Christmas wish' thread going. If you post your wish list, maybe someone will be able to fulfill some of your wishes.

Poppies would be good to sow now, or wait until early spring. (I've seen writers who sprinkled breadseed poppy seed on top the snow.) In your climate, sowing calendula and lunaria when the snow melts next spring would be appropriate. Sow marigolds when the ground warms.

In the spring, the dollar stores will have very inexpensive seeds, some have 10 packs/$1.00, some 4/$1.00. That's where I got alyssum and larkspur (sow in early spring) and zinnias (warm ground).

Have you tried Winter Sowing? They have a whole Forum, fun planting.
