Blue Fescue Grass transplant question....

Last spring I planted about 15 blue fescue grass plants. They have all done very well, but I don't like where they are currently and have a new design idea for them. My question is when and how would be the best way to do this.

I assume I could just dig them up with as much of the roots and surrrounding soil and plug them into a new hole, with some fresh garden soil. Would I be ok to do this now, or should I wait for warmer temps in the springtime? Thanks
