Growing Geraniums at the Equator

Here's photos of 3 pots of geraniums grown under hot humid conditions. Front (not in flower) is an Orbit Red at 2 months. Back are the Maverick Lavender and Maverick Violet at 3 months and in bloom. They appear to be ok. But others (Maverick Red and Maverick White) not shown are suffering from heat stress. I actually had to pinch of flowering shoots from the Orbit Red to let it grow bigger.
