Crooked Kilmarnock Willow

Hello everyone. I would love any advice about a 3.5 to 4' Kilmarnock Willow I have that has grown crooked. It was planted about 4 years ago and is now leaning forward. I've thought about staking it but am not sure if it will help or not. Plus I've never had to stake anything before so I'm not quite sure what to use.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thx. -Lucy

Lucy, do you think it's leaning towards sun? My black pussy willow leans forward too and drives me nuts. But it's against the shady house.
I took a ton of cuttings this winter so that I can just grow more of them, elsewhere in sunnier areas. I don't know about your Kilmarnock willow. You could try staking it, I don't think that will harm it in any way, they send out a million roots.
I have a dwarf Rose of Sharon that I stake because even in full sun, it just wants to lean, and I have no idea why.
