Hi Ryan.....Are you talking about perennial geranium (like Johnson's Blue), or pelargonium, which goes by the common name geranium? If it's pelargonium--which I've also grown from seed two years running now--yes, you should get blooms this year. They might be slow to perform for you---it took mine close to six months from seed to bloom (January to June), but they're worth it.....I overwintered the ones from last summer on my enclosed, cool porch---they took a break from October to February, but have been blooming their heads ever since!

Perennial geranium, I'm not sure about. I winter-sowed some this year and am just now getting tiny seedlings. I have the feeling they'll spend most of the summer just settling in, once I put them in the ground. But others who have more experience might know otherwise........Good luck!
