My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I can start receiving pension benefits this year or I can wait a few years and get about $200 more. Does it make more sense to start receiving monthly benefits now and either save or invest it (since I really don't need the extra $ for monthly expenses) or just plain enjoy it - rather than waiting till I am 68 and possibly not able to enjoy the extra $? I don't plan to retire till I am at least 70 years old. I'm leaning towards taking the $ now rather than waiting.
