Free pots in Atlanta

Hundreds, maybe thousands, of pots of all sizes free for the taking. They are bagged in large contractor bags and sorted by size: 1 gallon and larger; smaller than 1 gallon. In the bags are trays for carrying the various sizes too. I can't stand the thought of them in a landfill, and there's no more room in my basement. If you'd like some, I live very close to Piedmont Hospital and can arrange for you to pick them up.

I know you two know, but just to remind others, rinse reused pots in a mild bleach/water solution (10% bleach, 90% water) to kill any bacteria left behind.

I am interested in some of your pots. Maybe some of each size, if you have enough. Please let me know when/where to pick them up.

    Thank you.

Are these your pots, or some that you know of somewhere? I am always interested in really large pots, suitable for shrubs and large vines, and often make it up towards Piedmont Hospital, but not until the evenings. If these are located somewhere in a public place maybe I could drive by and look through them?

Tired to send you an email to say I'd take some 4" and smaller pots off your hands, but the forum's email wasn't working. How do we arrange to meet you to pick up some pots?

    To All Who Have Inquired:

I won't have the pots ready for distribution until the weekend of April 1st.

I'm not going to put my address on the web, so if you want to make arrangements to pick up some pots, please send me your email address. Please indicate how many pots you want (roughly...nobody's counting how many go in a bag but 50-150 probably, depending on size and how stacked) and let me know the size.

    Thanks!

Pots will be available this weekend...so if you're interested, please let me know! What size and quantity (as in # of bags; each bag w/30-75 pots).

Sugarhill, I've never heard back from you...please send me your email address and I'll give you directions to my house. Others are coming to pick up pots this afternoon. Ann

I still have hundreds/thousands of pots to give away...bagged and ready to go. Live near Piedmont Hospital off Peachtree Road. Stock up for fall divisions! Come and get them!

What are the largest sizes that you have and can I send you a UPS call tag... All you have to do is nest the pots, tape them together and affix label to the side. UPS will come and take them away at your convenience and I get the bill. It would be cheaper than the gas in doing that drive right now.

Hi Mainely Southern. I am looking for as many 1qt pots as I can find. Do you have any this size? If so I'd be interested in picking them up.

Thanks for any info. Sincerely, Danielle
