This is planted out in the yard, and for some reason the leaves just seem to be in bad shape. Can't tell if it's something in the soil or if it is a bug infestation? Here is a close up of the leaves. We live in a transitional area of SF so it's foggy sometimes, but we also get a nice amount of sun. I know that there are lots of caterpillars (the small, hairless green kind) that have infested the trees near this plant.
