Can You Name This Tree/Bush?

My son lives in Ft. Oglethorpe area. He has a large bush/small tree growing in his back yard. It has bluebell like flowers in the spring and large seedpod heads in the fall. I've provided a link to a picture taken this week. Any idea of what this plant might be?
