My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I grew it over the winter and it bloomed for me this spring. It took it a little while to start wafting but it does smell awesome. To me the scent reminds me of Black Locust (Robinia pseudoacacia) tree flowers. I love the scent however the flower bud formation requirements of nighttime temperatures in the thirties can be tricky and a pain in the hiney. I was always watching the weather and bringing them down into the basement if it got too cold. Laugh.
Anyway I got rid of mine when I was doing my annual thin the pots routine early this summer.
