Have you checked on Craigslist? I have gotten mines for free from someone on Craigslist. There's usually a couple of people willing to give you the stuff for free. You can in most cases get as much as you need. Here is a few links, call and check it out to see how close they are to you.

Local Recycling facilities sometimes have regular compost as well made from tree cuttings, leaves etc.

Horse manure, for free, in Alpharetta sound good.
I am in Duluth/Johns creek/Alpharetta area.

Actually I do not need the stuff badly right now. But if it is free and available, I can haul it, store it and use it as needed.

I don't need compost right now. But aged horse manur sounds good It is better then cow just for soil amendment.
