Mine flops a bit too. I had a gorgeous one that eventually died out. It was the center of my herb garden and I used only the parts that stayed upright, and pruned it as a bonsai tree. It was gorgeous and gnarled and I loved it. They take really well to pruning, and I cut off the parts of the plant that "fall" open. BBQ is far more upright and straight for me.

Yesterday I bought one of those metal ring supports, and lifted up the plant. Never tried BBQ, will look it up and get some.
