Columnea. It reminds me C. 'Early Bird' - but hard to tell when it is not blooming.

I would eventually try to root the cuttings - they do really good if you take short chunks of the stem, remove the lower leaves and stick them in a very light soil - like AV soil plus half perlite - or 1:1:1 peat, perlite, vermiculite and cover the pot with a bag. It is an amazing trailing plant.
