I heard the same thing, but weather.com says Monday morning will be 40 north of Atl. Accuweather is predicting 34 for Monday morning. So... I'm waiting until next week.

With temps in the mid to upper 40's expected for the next ten days or so I would advise against it. It only serves to slow their growth and perhaps even delay it by several weeks or more. They will be much happier in the basement or garage with a bit of light.
I never plant my tropicals or any annuals until the low temps are forecast in the 50's for at least the next ten days after April 18th. Fortuanately, I have a small greenhouse that I overwinter tender plants in and can afford to wait out the weather. But that's me. Inside I-285 conditions are much better, so it depends how much protection the plants will receive also.

I checked the weather again today and it is changed to 35 on Monday so I will definitely wait. Thanks!

I'm waiting too - and besides it's supposed to rain all weekend. Can't work outdoors in a thunderstorm.

I too will look for temperatures in the 50's consistently before I plant in the ground. Pots are another story since I can bring those in if it gets too low a night or two.
