My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I had a tragedy and lost my Pearcea schimpfii, which was one of my favorite Gesneriads. I can't seem to find a source to replace it. By chance, does anyone here have any leads?
Thanks, bsimpson. I did originally get mine from VB, and inquired with him whether he thought they'd be offered again in the near future, but his reply was so politic...
"We still grow this and when we have propagated some and have them for sale, they will be listed in the "specials" pages of the website."
...that I find it doubtful they are going to pop up in the near future. I am way too impatient for that! LOL
I think you are right. They alternate "Specials" so it probably won't pop up until next year or so. But I always keep an eye on them - they have some rare treasures there.
