I just planted a couple of the new Coneflowers. I got Harvest Moon (big yellow flowers) and Evan Saul (orangish-red fading to pink.) I'd love to find Sunrise and Fragrant Angel, too. I haven't found them anywhere. Have you seen them in the Atlanta area?

I was not able to find them in the Savannah area. I ordered mine from Plant Delights. They arrived today, and they are a nice size and packaged very well. You might want to go to their website and take a look.

We've been growing the Sauls varieties at church. We have had one come back, the rest are beautiful but suffer in heat/humidity and usually act as an annual for us. Dunno why.

GGG: Do you have them planted where they get afternoon shade? With the "regular" coneflowers, I have found that down here in Savannah they do better with afternoon shade, and they bloom just as profusely and continue blooming until frost. I plan to plant the new ones in the same area.
