I am very sure they will be very viable. The most possible pollinator is thrips, but some of them can self pollinate.

You need an enclosed transparent container with a light soil - like 1:1:1 soil - perlite- vermiculite - moss, run it through the sieve to remove big pieces and sterilize it - add some boiling water and nuke it a bit. You can add 1/2 of milled sphagnum moss to the mix (before sterilization). You can fill your container inch deep with your soil. It should barely moist - sprinkle some seeds and use spray bottle with water to spray them. Do not cover. Close your container - put it in a bright light but NO direct sun. If there is too much condensation on the lid ( or Saran wrap - you can use it too) - open. let it dry, close it again. Water if needed by spraying. The seedlings will come soon - I think in a month most of them hatch. You can start potting them up in small cups when they reach manageable size - inch may be. After thay hatch - you can start using very weak balanced fertilizer on them instead of water - like 1/16 of a teaspoon per gallon, fish emulsion works too.

The main thing - you possibly do not need more than 25 starters at most, so do not seed them all. Second thing - starters like to be repotted every 3 weeks- it stimulates their growth. Sometimes you can just lift them and plant them back.
