I need to get some goats for my back yard to take care of the enormous brush & kudzu that I just can't get rid of. I don't want to spray chemicals back there.

I know that before the city & county governments incorporated that it was illegal to keep livestock within the city limits. Does anyone know if it still is not allowed or who I would need to call to find out for sure?
