Hi again! I stumpled onto a website and saw an Indonesian gourd. These look just like mine! So, unless someone tells my otherwise, this is what I think they are.

I grow these gourds from seed ordered from one of the gourd seed companies. They are called Indonesian Bottle Gourds, and are identified by that bulb, at the top of the neck. If they hang from a trellis, the neck will be straight. If they grow on the ground or become tangled in the trellis vine, the neck can grow in some interesting curved shapes. The bulb will still grow, at the top.
