My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Looking for grassers on the Central Oregon Coast

I would sure like to hear from you about your experiences with OG's in this unique environment. I've grown miscanthus, nasella tenuissima, carex, juncus, luzula and of course pampas--all successfully. Because of this success (and because I love them) I would like to experiment with other kinds. Any suggestions?
