You could grow mint. Most herbs need more sun than what you are describing.

Winter Savory should do well there. I have an herb encyclopedia, I'll take a peek in there and post the other plants that should tollerate those conditions a little later today. You should be able to plant a few, though not your common sage, basil, thyme, ect. I'll get back to you on the plants.
