The Galeux d'Eysines (peanut pumpkin) is not a hybrid and should come true from seed. However you should know that it is possible that wherever you bought it from grew more than one type of pumpkin/squash in the same field. If this is the case then you could get something unexpected. Also you should know that the amount of "peanuts" can vary greatly, I have seen some completely covered and some that have fewer than 10. With all that being said I think if you grow the seeds you will get something very similar to what you want.
