Help-did I kill my gourd seedlings?

21 years ago

I pinched back my gourd seedlings. Did I kill them? I was hoping to just stunt them. This is only my 2nd yr growing gourds. At the time pinching back seemed reasonable but now I'm starting think I made a big mistake.
