Pumpkin and Gourd Greens

I've read that people cook and eat the growing tips of pumpkin vines in many areas of the world. Are cooked gourd greens edible also? I had already known that sweet potato vine tips were edible, but had wondered about pumpkin greens until I came across the info. Does anyone have a recipe to share?

I know that most summer ans winter squash flowers are edible. (and delicious when stuffed with cheese and baked or fried) I have not tried the greens myself. I have read that the young leaves of any "moschata" type squash are edible, but must be cooked a certain way to avoid ingesting potentially harmful toxins. Hope this helps.
