I don't think it is easy to tell. A lot of factors can affect the speed at which seeds sprout. The only possible way to tell (other than just waiting for fruit) would be to plant some more seeds in the same conditions and keep track of them this time. Then if you observe the same result (one group sprouting before the other) you could use that to determine which is which in your mixed up seeds, I wouldn't even consider that a guarantee though.
