Lots of hostas, daylillies (stellas), amaryllis, stargazer lillies, caladiums, dahlias, begonias. Petunias, impatiens and verbena looked very weak. Lots of purple and white mexican heather. Lots of leyland cypress

Did anyone happen to see Gardenias? Need several for 2 gardens.

Went to the Growers outlet today they had the confederate jasmine 3/$10.00 or one for $3.50, they somthing vine like, not sure what 3/$1.00. They had Impatients for $1.50. They did have the Gardenias, but not sure how much.

Thanks for the info. Plan to go there tomorrow. Didn't know they were still open. Called Marijke earlier this month and plans then were to close after July 4th for the summer.

Went early Tue AM(to avoid the heat) to pick up several Gardenia "Radicans'(They were out of 'Mystery"- some due this weekend). BIG mistake, came home with Hosta 'Fire & Ice'(Gals.- 5/$10), Agapanthus- Gals.-3/$10(blue only), Heuchera 'Palace Purple', Autumn & East Indies Holly Ferns, all 4"- #1.50-7/$10 and a deep-bowl bird bath for my overflow Pitcher Plants in a new sunny area created by the unexpected demise of an old Crab and the removal of 3 large Southern Magnolias next door.(My everlasting gratitude to whomever recommended that!)
Saw Crape Myrtles 'Sioux'(pink) & 'Tonto'(red)- 3gal./$7.50, if anyone is looking for those. Tons of Amaryllis(Hippeaastrum) with healthy foliage for $1 ea. Lots of fresh Caladiums in various sizes, colors & prices from $0.50-3/$1(4") and up.
I must avoid any more summer sales at nurseries. Too hot to work in the garden and my driveway, walkways and paths are overloaded with pots and they have to be watered too often.

Where is 'growers outlet' my wife has been after me to get a confederate jasmine but I havn't been able to find one anywhere around here. Anyone have any idea if they still have them?

The pricing on the confederate Jasmine was not bad. I got I think a 5 qt container for $3.50.
Their imaptiens are beautiful too. I got a 5qt. container for $1.50 it had 3 plants. Two of the plants seem healthy and are doing well. The third looks really sad and is drooping over, but you still cannot beat the price.

I was there on Thursday and they had lots of Confederate Jasmine in 2 different size containers. The prices were real good too.
