Confederate jasmine sap

No matter how hard I try to avoid it, invariably I get confederate jasmine sap on my clothes when I prune it back. After considerable trial and error attempts to get the splotch out I have found that rubbing alcohol will remove it. I just wrap a toothpick with cotton and dab the alcohol on and rub gently. It takes a little time but eventually the pesky stuff will melt. Fact of life, I never get it on my gardening clothes, only on a nice shirt when I snip a little blooming spray to bring indoors!
