What causes this????

Hi folks!

I've noticed over the past few years that some of my summer squash will set blossoms and then the fruit gets wrinkled yellowed and mushy on the ends before the fruit is ready to pick. This year, I see it happening on my Tromboncino and my Zucchini. What causes this? Too much watering? Too much/not enough of a particular ingredient in my fertilizer? Sure hope someone knows what this is. I thought maybe the blooms weren't being fertilized, but I have lots of bees and lots of male blooms. I really don't know anymore.
