Well, it's not enough that today was the first day of recovery from 7 straight days of rain. There is soooo much to do and my "pot ghetto" still stands almost as full as yesterday. Just a few minuites ago, I was walking through my rose garden....(which by the way has virtually no blooms)...and the one bud that was close to opening was housing 5 of the yuckiest creatures. Yes, it's those low down hussies....JAPANESE BEETLES!!! I couldn't take it anymore....I came in the house and proceeded to down a Corona. Tomorrow, I'll get those suckers.
