Will they produce as long as I cut?
A: Yes, they should.

Do I need to fertilize to keep them producing?
A: A high phosphate (such as 10-30-10) fertilizer wouldn't hurt.

The squash are great size and taste great but are pale yellow, not the bright, deep yellow I usually see in squash, what can I put on them to make more yellow?
A: It may be the cultivar, and they will not get any more color. Hybrids between yellow and white squash will often produce a pale yellow fruit.

And how to store squash for later use? (preferably for frying)
A: Depending upon how you fry them (I prefer round slices dipped in batter); prepare the squash as you would prior to cooking, e.g. peel and cut to size. Place them on paper towels for a few hours until a lot of the moisture hhas been soaked up, and freeze. You may want to try this with a single squash to see if it works for you prior to doing them all. Instead of freezing, you can also dehydrate them and reconstitute in water overnight in the refrigerator prior to cooking.
