I'm not sure why this is posted in the Ornamental Grass Forum, but I wouldn't worry to much about a different mainline hose change. A good plumbing supply will be able to provide you with any sort of adapter you could need.

I suggest checking the various online sources for drip gear, like BerryHill and The Drip Store. I have 1/2", 5/8" and 1" line in my system, and they all get along just fine.

I'm not either. But when I accessed the Forums window I was so overwhelmed by the number of links that I thought this was as good as any. Maybe you cold recommend an appropriate forum

Thank you donn, and yes it does seem like the obvious thing to do but I had been so baffled by the listings in the Forum window that I appreciated your suggestion most sincerely

But it nonetheless hornswggles me. For instance when I went looking for "grass" , "grasses," etc I finally had to "contact us" the Admin to find the right forum

......which then turned out to be labeled "ornamental" where I wanted to discuss grasses in general, leaving me in still another quandary requiring another "contact us"
