You have to harvest them when they're ripe... I learned not to plant too early too, just the way you did! :o) Problem is, later and it's too hot for the little guys.

Thanks, heathen, I had to pick that one since the bugs were starting to attack it. It came right off the vine, so I guess it was ready.
