Advise needed Fast Growing Ground cover

Please advise.

I need a fast growing ground cover for a slope.

Zone 7a Full Sun. No foot traffic.

I was considering Boston Ivy, but it's too invasive.

Juniper? Euonymus?

Any suggestions?
