Hmm, that looks like one of those double impatiens! Or a portulaca. But sedum does bloom, so I guess that's what you have!

It's not a flower, although it does resemble the appearance of one. Most stonecrops will develop rosettes of foliage at new growth points. Because 'Tricolor' is variegated, these little rosettes are often very pale and nearly solid in color, usually a pale greenish-pink. These rosettes will extend and develop into proper leaves. The flowers of stonecrops are small and star-shaped and in the case of 'Tricolor', bright pink. It should bloom consistantly every June if happy.
