The attached link provides some good choices for salt tolerant OG's. To that I'd add Muhlenbergia capillaris, Cortaderia selloana and Anemanthele lessoniana. Also several of the NZ sedges are quite salt tolerant - Carex testacea, comans and flagellifera. As to the abiity to stand up to winds, most will do fine when in active growth but can break apart relatively quickly once dormant. The lower growing evergreen choices, if appropriate to your climate, will hold up the best - fescues, the oat grass, elymus, the sedges, anemanthele.
