Hi
I have a problem with identifying two stipas - one is supposedly gigantea and the other is capillata. To me, they look just the same - very delicate and hairy like inflorescences. One has very twisting awns and is at present 80 cm high, the other has straight awns and is 140 cm high. I enclose links to photos - first is would-be gigantea, the second one is possible capillata.
Do please help!
