So these little girls started popping up a few days ago. Is this the first sign I should change my 16-16-16 fertilization, or should I wait until they actually start to look like flowers? What would you recommend? Plants are 5- weeks old (I love sunny CA).

Just out of curiosity, are those female flowers on time, early, or late? First time gardening.

-3 days ago: added a compost tea with ProMix Bx, worm castings, and Dr. Earth garden veg mix (and a little molasses)
-1 week ago: Added agrowinn worm castings and Dr Earth garden veg mix
-2 weeks ago: Grow More Maxi Cal 10-0-0 for Calcium Magnesium deficiency
-Been using Sea Grow 16-16-16 seaweed fertilizer (dry mix added to water).
