Millettia reticulata. Sometimes called evergreen Wisteria though not nearly as cold hardy, even here.

Not supposed to be invasive. I have it planted to grow over a trellis 'box' that covers electrical box in my front yard. It's beautiful. This is it's first year for me. Nothing I investigated suggested invasive even though it's sometimes called evergreen wisteria. Member of the pea family if I remember correctly.

I can see the wisteria part. I'm going to look for one.
