My sister gave me a two foot tall potted banana. I put it in the ground in May, and it is now about 8 feet tall and gorgeous even though I have completely ignored it. No pups yet, but I was hoping. Will it survive this winter? It is really too big to dig up. It is in a sheltered area, at the bottom of a hill up against my greenhouse on one side and a fence on the other.
