There are acid fertilizers with iron sold in most garden centers. I don't recall if they're designed for roses or some other flowering shrub.

Doubt if a small amount of lime would make a difference. The bloom buds are already set for next spring. Fertilizing now would promote new growth that will be killed by early frost. If you can find some powdered Sulphur, just sprinkle a small amount around them. Otherwise, just wait until you fertilize next spring, after they bloom, and use the type blended for Azaleas & Rhododendrons, which will contain Sulphur.

Don't worry about it. Unless you slugged em with a ton of lime, it will actually do them some good, allowing them to take up nutrients from the soil. Of course, overall ph is important, but most folks don't realize that lime will benefit most plants, except those in a high ph situation already.
