Neverending ( bugs in my squash )

1st came the little black hard shell boogers that tunnel thru the zucchini & yellow squash. now i have these maggot looking worms in the spaghetti squash & pumpkins. i've used rotonone, diatomaceous(sp.) earth, & insecticidal soap. all to no avail.

there's also a sap sucking critter that lays clusters of miniature b.b. looking eggs. i pick & destroy the eggs whenever i see them.

-looking ahead to next year: i've read that the zucchini bugs larva winter over in the dirt & that deep tilling in the fall will kill many of them. the worms in the spaghetti squash look like a larval form of something else so i'm not sure what they do over the winter. i've also had a major worm infestation in my sweet corn. i'm thinking of burning my fall leaves over these areas of my garden before tilling. i'm also burning all squash vines. anyone have any other ideas?

also what are the organic folks using these days for insect control?
