today, my almost 2-yr old pulled an apple gourd right off the vine. i guess it was ok to be pulled, since it came off. do you think it will be ok?

he loves gourds. each time he comes over, he runs around and touches all of them, and says 'gourd'. he used to say 'mama's gourd.' the drying ones on the ground he rearranges. i didnt worry much until today, when he pulled the one off. he must be quite strong to yank it off like that. i have tried myself to see if they would come off. i must have a future bambam. i know why he did it, tho. all the apple gourds hang in my privet bushes. he jumps and touches them. today, he happened to grab hold of it, and before i could get to him, off it came.
