Hi,
I planted luffa for the first time this year. I had trouble getting my blooms pollinated, but I did have about 6 gourds grow to ~20 inches. They never dried out or matured for harvest and now we're into late november and we'll have a frost soon. Does anyone know if I should leave them on the vine (which is shriveled and dead now) or should I pick them and try to dry them. I picked the lightest one to see how it was doing. It was still quite moist when I scraped the skin. I've put it on top of a box fan in my spare bedroom so it might dry. Anyone have any ideas on what I should do?
Many Thanks for any help
