We are at the close of last years seed season. So nobody has fresh 2007 seeds out yet. Normally, they do not go out on display until after christmas items are finished being displayed. However, there are some local independant seed sellers, and you can find them in the Farmers and Consumers market bulletin. Normally, those folks only have a line or two to advertise. So they will just list a few types of seed but some people will also have much longer lists of very interesting seeds.
I have never found a place that sells really different bulbs in Atlanta. I use mail order.

Hastings in Atlanta has a good selection of bulbs and seeds. But perhaps the things they like to stock are the things I like to get. But I've gone to mail order, too, because the selection is greater.
